WhereFormsWhereForms is an electronic forms application that gives on-site and mobile users the ability to capture many types of information using handwritten text, annotated photos, sketches, attached files and annotated CAD drawings. The user completes the form by entering all required information (noted by asterisk) into a tablet PC. Users are then able to immediately transmit the form via e-mail (even while working remotely) to the home office and/or other individuals. This gives authorized individuals the ability to access the information necessary to make quick, informed decisions. The information is delivered to the recipient as an e-mail attachment, thus requires no additional hardware or software to view. Data and images can also be transmitted in XML format, thus making database storage nearly effortless. Electronic forms can be stored, searched and even processed through our workflow module.
