WhereTime - Time Management/Electronic Time Card System

WhereTime is designed to meet the needs of government agencies (GA) for the electronic processing of time-clock information and time tracking for hourly and/or salaried employees. WhereTime offers the following features:

  • Employees can electronically scan into and out of a variety of job functions (standard bus run, field trip, lunch, after-school activity, etc.) as their job function changes during their workday.
  • Automatic posting of exceptions to managers through the web client interface
  • Managers have the ability to adjust, comment and validate time cards. These transactions are recorded and can be viewed in real-time and as historical data.

  • Automates calculation of employee work time
  • Exports data to an output file that can be uploaded to any payroll system
  • Employees can inquire about their time and request leave without disturbing their manager.
  • Extensive inquiry and reporting tools and interfaces are available through the SWI web reporting tool.

Other time management systems do not offer the specific functionality that is conducive to a GA. GA employees often log hours for different jobs at different pay rates (ex. bus driver who is also a teacher's aid). WhereTime is designed specifically for this industry.
